Contract acceptance
Your order is an offer to us to buy the product(s) in your order. When you place an order to purchase a product on our website, you will receive communication confirming receipt of your order and containing details of your order (the "Order Confirmation"). The Order Confirmation is an acknowledgement of receipt of your order, and does not confirm acceptance or approval of the order on our behalf.

Pricing changes and Typographical errors
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Motopep.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If the manufacturer changes the product price Motopep.com reserves the right to make similar equivalent changes. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled Motopep.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price which shall be processed within a reasonable time frame.
Legal jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad.
