Shipping and Return Policy
Motopep.com offers both delivery and installation services for products that need any kind of specialized installation.
Motopep.com offers the option of return at the point of delivery if a wrong product has been delivered. Unless expressly mentioned the delivered product may not look similar to the image displayed on the website at the time of placement of the order. The serial number or product name (provided by the manufacturer) as displayed on the website at the time of placement of the order will be used to ascertain if the delivered product is as per the order. Once the delivery has concluded the product is deemed sold to the customer and is not eligible for returns.

Motopep.com will make the utmost effort to ensure on-time delivery as per the estimate provided to the customer on confirmation of the order (‘Delivery Estimate’). The address for delivery and installation of products will be the same. In case the customer requests a different address than that mentioned at the time of order placement for either delivery or installation then Motopep.com reserves the right to decline the request without offering any reason.
If the delivery of the products is delayed beyond 4 business days of the Delivery Estimate then the customer may cancel the order, in-part or in-full, and will be eligible for refund of any payment paid against the cancelled part of the order. If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery then Motopep.com, directly or through its logistics service providers, will attempt at least another delivery within 4 business days of the date of the first delivery attempt for the order. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to unavailability of the customer or a recipient at the stated delivery address then Motopep.com reserves the right to cancel the order, in-part or in-full, without any refund liability.
For some products Motopep.com offers the customer an option to see the sample material of these products prior to delivery. Currently these products include ‘Seat Covers’ and ‘Full Matting’ but may be changed without notice. If the customer is unsatisfied with the sample materials then he / she may cancel the entire order or just these products specifically from the order. The applicable refund, if a payment was made against this order, will be processed in full within a reasonable time frame. However post confirmation of order by the customer after reviewing the samples if the order is processed by Motopep.com (i.e. a dispatch e-mail is sent to the customer) then the order is not eligible for returns. Motopep.com reserves the right to cancel the order, in-part or in-full, after receiving a confirmation of the order for any reason, including but not limited to, unavailability of the product.
For products where the customer has opted for delivery as well as installation of certain products within the order the installation is performed only after the conclusion of delivery and receipt of full payment against the full order. Motopep.com may require authorized access to the vehicle to undertake the installation. In the event the owner is unable to provide the same due to unavailability of the vehicle or any other reason whatsoever within the scheduled appointment for the installation then Motopep.com will offer the customer an additional appointment slot for the installation as per the availability of its technicians. The products as per the order will be handed over to the customer or the recipient at the stated address and will not be taken back by Motopep.com and Motopep.com will also not be liable for any subsequent damage to the products after handover to the customer. If the customer does not find the offered appointment slots suitable then Motopep.com reserves the right to cancel installation of products against this order without any refund.
If Motopep.com was unable to provide the installation as per the scheduled appointment then the customer may choose an alternate appointment slot for the installation from the options offered by Motopep.com as per the availability of technicians. If none of these options suit the customer then they may cancel the order, in-part or in-full and will be eligible for refund of any payment paid against the cancelled part of the order.
Motoep.com reserves the right to cancel the installation if the vehicle model provided for the installation is different from that chosen in the order and will not be liable for any refund claims. In the unlikely event of any damage to the product or the vehicle during the installation process Motopep.com will make all reasonable effort to mitigate the damage however under no conditions the liability shall exceed the value of the order against which the installation was performed.
